Customer Service Representative (Administrative/Office Support)

For the past 24 years, LIFETEC, Inc. has been a leading provider of national distribution and marketing representation to vendors and manufacturers of orthopedic, rehabilitation, and fitness products. Our mission is to be a comprehensive source of both information and products for health care professionals so that they may better manage their businesses and enhance their patient care.

We are pleased to announce an opening in our company for a Customer Service Representative – a position that plays a key role in the ongoing success of our business and provides definite opportunity for long-term stability.

This full-time position requires outstanding people skills and a positive attitude. Answering phone inquiries, taking and following-up on order/information requests, proficient computer skills, order entry, and being warm, helpful and responsive to customers are critical aspects of the job. This is an important position as you are often the first point of contact with our customers. A positive, friendly and helpful attitude is a must.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to all client needs/requests
• Proactively gain industry and product knowledge
• Ensure accuracy in order/billing entry and resolve billing issues as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School degree (some College a plus)
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) and Web-savvy (i.e., searching)
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage workload while simultaneously maintaining a sense of
humor is essential
• Ability to work independently and problem solve as necessary
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
