Two metal thumb screws may be adjusted to change the length of pull to best fit hand size or desired range of motion. Attach additional rubber bands to increase resistance. Five rubber bands are included. Color-Coded Rubber Bands, (NC51990-NC51993), also may be used to change the resistance. The foam hand grip offers increased comfort the palmar surface.
