When heated for one minute at 160 F (70 C), EXCEL™ will remain moldable for three to five minutes. Edges self-seal while warm and will not require additional refinishing. Spot heating, minor adjustments and permanent self-bonding (with bonding solvent) are accomplished with a heat gun.
EXCEL™ THIN (1/16 and 3/32)heats in 15 to 30 seconds and has a working time of one to two minutes. All thicknesses are available smooth or perforated.
