Coil springs lateral to the PIP joint assist middle phalanx into flexion. Dorsal pad distributes pressure comfortably. Proximal strap provides adjustable tension and must be positioned to achieve proper joint alignment. It will flex a supple joint to 80°. The finger pad is free, allowing function. Force is stronger than #601. Measure distance on dorsal surface.
